ESAS joins forces with European market leader Circet Group

ESAS strengthens its position by bundling forces with European market leader Circet Group from France.

With the acquisition of ESAS by Circet, ESAS will be able to accelerate their growth strategy while continuing to operate autonomously in the Benelux under the leadership of the current ESAS management.

Circet is the number one provider of telecom network services in Europe, with an annual turnover approaching €1.8 billion. Circet provides a wide range of services, including engineering, deployment, installation and maintenance services to telecom operators, covering both mobile and fixed technologies.

With the acquisition of ESAS by Circet, Buysse & Partners will exit the capital of ESAS as an investor. Buysse & Partner has been an equity investor in ESAS since 2016 and supported the management in the successful growth of the company. The final closing of the deal is still subject to approval by the national competition authorities.
